Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was lovely, the size fit our needs perfectly, it was well decorated with lovely bedspreads and furnishings. There was a wonderful great room where everyone could be together to eat enjoy games and converse. It was close to the beach with the boardwalk all the way to the beach.

Negative: There was a heavy rain storm bordering on tornado and the basement where six people were sleeping flooded with 2 inches of water on the floor when they woke up rising to kneehigh water by the time we got out . In the car parking area the water was up to our car doors but luckily we were able to get them cranked and out. the maintenance people said this property is known to flood. Renters Should be warned that it has a flooding hazard, especially those sleeping on the ground floor. Luckily we were able to be evacuated and rental agent/owner credited part of our stay. And they found us another house. .

Summary: Would be a great house except for flooding
