This stunning villa enjoys a private pool and gardens . Situated over looking the 9th fairway of the golf course. The views from the terrace where the dinning table seats 6 comfortably is very special.
Outside the infinity pool looks over the 9th. It is surrounded by stunning views. Extremely tranquil area. It has 6 sun loungers with cream cushions and another dining area by the pool. There is a Bar-B-Q and all the mod cons required to cook up a storm !
The sun shines all day and spectacular sunsets in the evening. And a perfect spot on the balcony to enjoy the views..
Private parking, the property is air-conditioned throughout and has free WIFI access, satellite TV and all modern amenities - a complete home from home!
There are 3 double bedrooms…The master bedroom is downstairs in the cool and has a double bathroom, power shower, heated towel rails, double sinks. The beds are particularly comfy as it is so important on your holiday to get a great night sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. This bedroom has double doors out to the pool and garden.
The bedroom next to it has its own bathroom and twin beds. Double wardrobes and it also has doors out to the pool area.
Finally, there is a third stunning double bedroom upstairs, just off from the living room. It also has its own private bathroom.
The living room has stunning luxury sofas and furnishings. The color schemes are luxury gold and cream tones. Open plan beautifully decorated lounge with 2 large comfortable sofas, central table, TV, Ipod docking station, DVD player, large collection of books, patio doors out to the south west facing balcony.
In the kitchen, it is equipped with all new crockery, cutlery, wine glasses both big and small along with picnic stuff if you fancy taking a picnic to the beach.
I promise you, you will need for nothing !
This villa is walking distance from the small village of Budens where you have the supermarket and bakery..The walk is along the golf course and through an old typical Portuguese village. it is 5 minutes drive from the fishing village of Salema. you can either choose to drive or there is a great local taxi service thats very reasonable.

Zoo Marine
A great family day out - dolphin show, sea lions, parrots and birds of prey. A real packed full day with a fabulous pool area to cool down between shows.
Dolphin Watching
Segway through Lagos
We’d always seen the offer but never gone. Last year we tried but we went from Sagres – with a marine biologist. And learned lots. We can’t guarantee them but if you do see them, its magic!
Monchique
Very pretty mountain area... restaurants serving local specialties with spectacular views. Eucalyptus and pine oils to be bought - often from decorative carts pulled by donkeys. Superb local honey too.
Caldas De Monchique
Last year, for the first time, we discovered this amazing spa town on our way back from Monchique. Just stunning.
Tiffany’s Horse Riding
A super horse riding stables just off the main road - one-to-one lessons, group tacks, children’s classes... all English speaking and very well run.
Waterparks
Numerous around the area. All the usual rides, slides and bumps!
Lagos Zoo
Another local Zoo. Lots of birds and animals. Very near and well worth a visit... although to be honest we’ve never made it!
Walks
In the house is a super ‘Walks In The Western Algarve’ booklet. Some fabulous walks all round.
Algarve Shopping
Just in case! All the usual shopping centre attractions but the Nike outlet is worth a look - huge range at a fraction of the price
before you ever leave your home, we will make contact with you and can help arrange car hire, airport transfers and even golf club hire. We can even arrange your grocery shopping before you arrive.
On arrival, there is a welcome book with all restaurant recommendation, golf courses, kids activities. A book full of information to make your holiday wonderful.
