The 2005 renovation took it down to the studs and rebuilt as a new house with every amenity. The gourmet kitchen is a cook (or caterer's!) delight with six burner gas stove, double oven, warming drawer, double dishwasher and granite counter-tops on an 11 foot center island. Dining table expands to comfortably seat 12. Downstairs enjoy a fully finished recreation area with pool table, wet bar and entertainment area, with exterior access to the back patio from the lower level. This level can also be used for sleeping two on the queen sleep sofa.
Three bedrooms have their own full bath with custom tile showers, plus an additional bedroom (without in-suite bath). The master and both guest rooms all have queen beds. The third floor suite holds both a twin bed, full bed and full shower, and private outdoor roof deck with stunning views of the Academy Chapel.
