Positive: We had a great time as a family at the sunny 3-bedroom apartment in Graça. It was bright, clean, and spacious — perfect for traveling with kids. The location is excellent, close to cafés, public transport, and some beautiful viewpoints. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at check-in, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.

Negative: The kitchen was functional, but the dishwasher is quite old and should be replaced, and there weren’t enough glasses. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable — we asked for replacements, and while they promised to bring new ones, it never happened.
