With a full marina at your service and walking distance (never have to get on Tamiami/ Hwy41) to great restaurants, Publix grocery store, Body Bar Pilates, Volare Bicycle Shop and Rental, famous Legacy Bike Trail, Kakava Coffe, Celebrity Nail salon and specialty wine and spirits. 15 minutes north to Siesta Key 10 minutes south to all Venice Beach has to offer with shopping and dining. The unit comes with 2 covered parking spaces so you can park a car and rent a golf cart for your stay. Minimum 30 day rental. No pets allowed for renters.
