This traditional-style home has original hardwood floors and stunning columns. The home will feature all brand new furniture, beautiful decor, luxury beds with Tempur-pedic mattresses, and a 75 inch Samsung TV with cinema surround sound for enjoyable movie or game watching.
The space
This home is located in a highly desirable quiet family community. It is in close proximity to the Mall of GA, Lake Lanier, Sugar Hill Golf Club, Top Golf, Main Event, Restaurants, Entertainment & Shopping. Reservations are now being accepted. Hardwood floors on main level w/guest BR and full BA. Large great room with a wall of windows and a 2-sided fireplace. Large gourmet kitchen with island, butler's pantry, wine rack, and separate breakfast area. King size owner's suite with spa bath and his/her closets. A large deck in the back with green space next to the home provides great privacy.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire main levels of the home, which would be the first and upstairs levels. The basement area will stay locked and will be the only area you will not have access to.
Other things to note
The home is located in a well-maintained and safe suburban community with 24-hour surveillance. Guest are prohibited from using the pool, tennis court and other resident amenities
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS OF ANY KIND.
We can not stress enough to all guests there can absolutely be no events held at this property. There are community cameras all around the neighborhood, including our own cameras on the outside of the home itself. YOU WILL BE removed from the premises and lose your deposit and no refund.
- Reservation with less than 4 guests will not be approved or will be canceled.
- All guests must be included on the reservation including children.
- The person who booked this property must be present during check-in.
- A Rental Agreement is required to be signed.
- Security Deposit of $350 will be required ( Refundable)
