Summary: The room was spotless, but more than that, the staff was extremely helpful, attentive and concerned when I became ill enough to need a doctor. The entire team--housekeepers, front of house staff, waiter, cooks--kept an eye on me, and made sure i was ok, and had everything i needed. I felt warmly cocooned, and I thank everyone.
