Our Villa D'Almeida Country House “cc5299”, is located in the beautiful village of Travancinha Seia | Serra da Estrela | Portugal.
*In 1975 this house belonged to a very kind-hearted Lady D. MARIA EMILIA MOUTINHO who housed returnees fleeing the Colonial War in Angola, allowing them to stay in her house until they found their homes in this village.
*This T9 house can accommodate approximately 18 adults divided into 9 bedrooms, all with complete private bathroom, air conditioning, digital TV and WiFi. We have at your disposal 5 divan beds ideal for children + 3 travel beds for babies up to 2 years + 2 sofa beds for 2 children (all of them can be distributed across the rooms). Living room with fireplace, games, books and snooker, fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals (2 refrigerators with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, electric stove, washing machine), dining room with 30 seats, gardens, landscape of Serra da Estrela, children's playground, ENTRE SERRAS swing and Star Observatory, barbecue and outdoor swimming pool with “5mx10m” salt treatment open from MAY to OCTOBER.
*Bed linen and bathroom towels are included (they are placed on the 1st day of stay and removed for cleaning on the day of check-out). IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE SHEETS AND TOWELS IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR STAY, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA COST OF €450.
*In our house, SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside, there are very pleasant areas outside where you can smoke and put your unlit cigarettes in the ashtrays (we have to be very careful because of fires as the house is surrounded by pine trees and nature) .
*We can accept your pet upon evaluation if you are interested, there will be an additional cost of €20 per night per animal, this value IS NOT included in the simulation of the stay and is paid on the day of check-in by MBWAY, ATM or BANK TRANSFER .
