The Tiny Hideaway Cottage offers a unique setting located at the Monkey Junction Masonboro Sound area. If you enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of staying in what seems to be a secluded almost out in the country atmosphere yet just yards away from the Intracoastal Waterway hearing birds, boats and even the ocean depending on the winds. A peak of the waterway allows for seeing boats go by. The cottage is located down a dirt road giving it that off the beaten path feel. While inside the cottage or relaxing on the porch the feel of total privacy lets you enjoy this approximate 400 sq. ft. tiny cottage with all the amenities. The living room with tv, dining and kitchen area offer and open area for relaxing and enjoying the togetherness. A large bathroom with full vanity and shower give a gracious space. The bedroom offers a full size bed and two armoires to help with hanging clothes and a drawer to place clothes. A roll away bed is available for a 3rd person. Relax on the rap around deck with chaise lounge and fire pit table for a greater relaxation. Across from the deck is a private horse pasture with miniature donkeys that will come back to graze and maybe talk to you. The park grill and picnic table offer additional space for cooking out and enjoying the entire space surrounding the cottage. Relax on the front porch area in the hammock chair swing. We also are pet friendly up to two dogs. The Tiny Hideaway Cottage offers private parking and entrance to the Tiny Hideaway Cottage. Carolina Beach is approximately 10 minutes away.
