Positive: Modern and stylish design and very clean

Negative: The bar staff didn’t engage at all with the customer, unlike all the other staff in the hotel. To be honest the bar staff over my 6 days were very detached from the job at hand! Meaning that they always seemed to be doing something else and no time to engage or attend to the customer awaiting, we seemed just to be fitted in to whatever else they were doing, other than looking after customers…

Summary: Loved the hotel very much, fantastic views and rooms are beautiful and cleaning staff can’t do enough they are so kind…
