This accommodation offers relaxing days with sports facilities nearby. Renovated in 2017 and 2025, this bright and modern terraced house with a small private garden is located in the quiet, open Oasis Parque Country Club complex in the northwest corner of Portimão.
This terraced house (energy efficiency class C) has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The ground floor bathroom was completely renovated in 2025. A covered balcony on the upper floor, a private terrace with a barbecue and sun loungers and a parking space complete the property. Both bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling). The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer and a washer/dryer.
Hot water for the house is provided by a gas boiler.
The third bedroom on the upper floor is locked for private reasons and access is not permitted.
Furthermore, the accommodation has a large flat screen TV with German satellite channels.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, energy costs, and final cleaning are included in the booking price and complete the offer. Our guests have free access to the exclusive leisure facilities of the Country Club, including its café, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, children's pool and 2 tennis courts. This area is accessible only with a guest card, which is issued to guests upon arrival.
For stays of more than 8 nights, a free interim cleaning is included with change of bed linen and towels.
Dates must be arranged with the landlord. The interim cleaning does not include washing your dishes or cleaning your beach towels.
In addition to the booking price, the following costs will apply:
1. Tourist tax of the city of Portimao and is valid since March 2024, guests under 13 years of age are exempt:
- Off-season from November 1st to March 31st: €1 per
person/stay for a maximum of 7 nights, max. €28
- High season from April 1st to October 31st: €2 per
person/stay for a maximum of 7 nights,max. €56
2. Security deposit:
For any damage caused by guests, we charge a
security deposit of EUR 300, which will be refunded
within 14 days of departure, provided no additional
costs have been incurred.
To reduce our carbon footprint and costs, we have decided to discontinue personal welcomes upon arrival. Access details and house keys are stored in a safe. Guests will receive the corresponding instructions digitally approximately one week before check-in, after payment of the booking fee and any additional costs.
The tourist tax and security deposit are no longer accepted in cash. Guests are requested to transfer these amounts electronically to one of our accounts.
As landlords, we are required by Portuguese law to register our holiday guests with the relevant authorities. Therefore, we need to collect the following information for each guest and child before arrival:
Name, nationality, passport or identity card number,
date/place of birth, home address - street/city/country
Data collection is done digitally and we assure our guests that this personal data will only be processed in accordance with current data protection laws.
The registration form, *.pdf, will be sent to guests by email after booking confirmation.
We kindly request that you complete the required information, including all persons - also children- and return it to us promptly as an image file (*.jpg or *.pdf). This data is also necessary for calculating the tourist tax.
After receiving the completed registration form, we will calculate the amount of the tourist tax and
we will send the invoice for the additional costs including the deposit, which should be transferred to our account no later than 1 week before arrival.
Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM and departure must take place by 10:00 AM at the latest.
A multilingual set of house rules is also available in the holiday home.
There are two or three supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, approximately 800 to 1000 meters away, and therefore within walking distance.
Faro Airport is 45 minutes away. Within a 10-15 minute drive, you will find numerous restaurants, several golf courses and the large sandy beaches of Alvor, Ferragudo, and Praia da Rocha. For skydivers, the distance to Portimão Airport (3300 meters) is ideal. The accommodation's location is perfect for excursions to the Monquiche Mountains, Silves, Lagos, Sagres or the Alentejo region. Renting a car is recommended.
