Holiday house located in a rural area of great natural beauty 3km from the center of Caminha. Located on a small slope facing west - north, guests enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding valley.
The semi-rural area surrounding the property is calm and peaceful, ingredients for a good family or group holiday.

The property is at the front (facing west) consisting of the swimming pool, garden / lawn with refreshing shade, outdoor dining table and parking space. At the rear of the house there is a barbecue and a small lawn.
Inside, the house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor we have the living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and small antechamber to relax with a view of the garden.
On the 1st floor we have 3 double bed rooms (one with a private bathroom with a bathtub) and one bathroom with a bathtub.
On the 2nd floor we have 3 more bedrooms with a double bed, 1 of them having a bed for children. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside the property there is a coffee service, restaurant (on request), mini-market. The village of Caminha offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and other services at 3km.
It is an excellent property for 2 or 3 families who prefer quality at a good price.
