The house is a typical old Portuguese farmhouse with its own cistern, which was lovingly restored in recent years. It has a large bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. In the attic is also a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a cot and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a washing machine in the house. For a pleasant indoor climate, a solar-powered hot-air system ensures. The house has two terraces, one to the front towards the (quiet) street, the other in the courtyard. If more beds are needed, there is the separate garden shed a further three beds (this room is very basic but ideal in summer as accommodation for older children). The situation in the village is quiet and the courtyard is not visible from the outside. Nevertheless, one is by car in six minutes on the beach, parking facilities are sufficiently available.
