Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Was a new property, so a lot has to be considered as they work out the kinks. The space was amazing, the furnishings were all very nice and fit the space. The staff were really helpful and kind. The toiletries were really helpful. The overall energy was really welcoming.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a do not disturb sign. The room was cleaned with the door open, so we were left with a lot of mosquitos. The drive to the property is a bit rough and tricky without signs. The room we had let in loads of light, so the staff was kind enough to provide sleeping masks. Would have been nice to receive pool towels as well. Would have been nice to have a room service menu or an open kitchen / honour bar. The seating area was not as functional and cozy, but very stylish. The checkin was a bit long. All should be a bit more relaxed.
