Summary: Room and hotel facilities were all excellent, clean and well maintained. Food was also great. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet your needs. Overall a great experience. Only downside is I came in early November and they were not staffing the lounge area at the beach club - the restaurants were open, but you could not lounge by the beach. I wish they had let me know that when I booked.
