The bay itself is also accessible on foot via the seawall or boardwalks, as well as the bay’s beach (about 17 minutes). The waves and tides in the bay and its inlets are very calm, making it a safe destination for families with children. Salir do Porto has a mini-market, restaurants, and cafés that are easily accessible on foot, just a 5- to 10-minute walk away. São Martinho do Porto is also easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. There, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Lisbon is approximately 90 km from the villa, or a 50–60-minute drive. The trip to and from the airport is smooth via the A8 highway.
