This stairway and elevator are linked to a communal, leafy patio area, ensuring intimacy and privacy to the various floors around it. The apartments adapt to the historical and architectural features of each building. Along Rua de Trás, in the new building, the Villa I and Vila II apartments open onto neighboring façades, where brightly colored wooden tiles and window frames dominate.
