Marulha-Guincho is just a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to Guincho's 4 beaches. Located in a sparsely populated area, on the edge of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected park, it has wonderful views of the Sintra Mountains. It is the ideal place for a beach and countryside holiday. You can, through a deck, cross the dunes to reach the beaches. Ideal for strolling by the sea, the countryside or the mountains of Sintra and even arriving at Convento da Peninha or Pena Palace, which can be viewed from the property's garden.
Marulha-Guincho is located within a 12,000 m2 landscaped property with a rural horizon of local vegetation and pine trees. In its own garden has a table and chairs and a parking space.
