Villa Sapateira is a 5 bedroom villa with a private pool located at the top of a hill with an amazing view over the ocean. Right in the West Coast of Portugal just 1h away from Lisbon, 15 minutes away from Areia Branca and 40 minutes away from Peniche. This luxury villa is the perfect place to enjoy your holidays at the beach with friend or family. It offers the quality of a 5 start hotel as well as the privacy of your home.
The Space:
Villa Sapateira is a dream house in a fantastic beach location with unique sea views from the very spacious terrace and from almost every bedroom. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets with a drink every day! The furnishings are very tasteful and upscale. The beach can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.On the ground floor there is a large living room with views over the heated swimming pool to the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate outside area (terrace), where you can dine protected from the wind and use the grill and pizza oven. Behind the house you will find a terrace that offers morning sun for a delicious breakfast.On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a shared bathroom. On the first floor of the house are the three exclusively furnished suites, each with a private bathroom, two of which have a private terrace and sea views. The fifth double room is on the lower level of the villa and shares the bathroom on the ground floor. In total, 4 bedrooms have double beds (1.80m wide) and one bedroom has two single beds.The large glass front of the kitchen leads directly to the terrace with barbecue area to the side of the swimming pool. From the living room you can reach the other part of the large terrace where you can find the swimming pool and the sun loungers. At the top, the house surprises with a huge rooftop and 360° view of the complex and the entire beach resort. From here you can watch unforgettable sunsets.
Attention: As you can see in the photos, there are begun construction sites on the neighboring plots. However, the construction work cannot be continued for the time being due to the lack of building licenses, so that we can guarantee that there will be no construction noise from these construction sites during the stay of our guests.
Getting Around:
The small and friendly seaside resort of Porto Dinheiro is still almost spared from foreign tourism, but is very popular with the Portuguese. There are several good restaurants and even a billiard bar. Down on the beach there is a wonderful Portuguese beach restaurant where you can get typical snacks and, if ordered, an excellent fish stew. Locals often meet here to share the latest news while drinking a bica (espresso). Depending on your mood, you can also have one or two glasses of red wine. On the wide sandy beach you can swim well in the summer months, because the waves are relatively small. On a small rocky plateau south of it there is a natural swimming pool, which is very popular with the children.
The house is 50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and in 60 minutes you can reach the center of Lisbon. In the surrounding area there are several beautiful towns (including Óbidos, Nazaré) and many other attractions. Are you a golf enthusiast?
