This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the gated community of the Villages of Bonita community, in North Bonita. You will have access to the community pool and clubhouse, tennis courts and more. Only 15 minutes from the stunning, white sand Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, and the shopping and dining centers of Mercato and Coconut Point, you will be ideally located to explore and enjoy the best of Bonita, Naples, Fort Myers and SWFL in general.
The home has all you’ll need for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sunshine – just bring your sunglasses and bathing suit!
**PLEASE NOTE** there is a 30 day minimum booking for this home and applications need to be submitted to the community association at least 20 days in advance, so please plan accordingly.
Walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! The spacious living area is the central hub, with a large smart TV with access to popular streaming apps and cable TV. Put your feet up after a hard day at the beach and settle in! The dining room, kitchen and breakfast area to your left and the bedrooms and bathrooms to your right. Large sliding doors lead out to the patio area, which is completely screened and is perfect for relaxing with a book, coffee or a cocktail, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area. There is an outdoor dining table, and the outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. The home is located on a corner plot and the yard is huge with plenty of space.
We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig and a blender. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker and a water dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days. The dining room easily seats 6 for a family meal and there is a breakfast table that seats 4.
The primary bedroom is really spacious and has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a TV (basic cable only) and private bathroom with a walk in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
There are two guest bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Both have closets and dressers for your clothes storage, and both have TVs. The queen room has a Roku TV, with streaming apps and Roku Live TV, the twin room has basic cable channels. These bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and the double garage is available for parking.
