The apartment is on the third floor (with lift) of a 19th century traditional and charming Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout most of the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped. It has high ceilings (4m), wooden floor and large windows that invites the golden Lisbon light.
This beautiful and family apartment with 200m2 can accommodate up to 8 people plus a baby/child. It has 3 big living rooms (office, living and dining), a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three rooms have double beds, one room has 2 single beds.

- LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Normal check-in time is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Between 8 PM and midnight, a late check-in charge of €20 applies. Depending on availability, checking-in before 3 PM or checking-out after 11 AM may be permitted upon request.
- CHECK-IN AFTER MIDNIGHT: An extra late check-in charge of €40 applies to guests that check in after midnight, except if the delay is due to an unforeseen flight or train delay.
- CLEANING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Cleaning and fresh linen (towels and bedlinen) are included in the price and will be provided before check-in and then once a week.
- BEHAVIOUR AND PETS: Guests are expected to not make too much noise when entering or leaving the building at night, especially in the hallways, elevators and stairs. Pay attention to the noise after 22 hours as this is a family and residential building. NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the apartment, please!
- MUNICIPALITY LISBON TAX - Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is obliged to charge for the guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
The settlement and collection of the overnight rate is the responsibility of the natural or legal person who exploit the tourist undertakings and the local accommodation establishments.
