Positive: The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, stylish and in a perfect spot to enjoy the best of Lisbon. Beds were really comfortable which is always important for us. It is near to the local subway, buses, trams and train terminals, walkable to the river so everything very convenient. There are shops, patisserie, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes so a great location - even an Aldi supermarket within a 10 min walk. The apartment has AC and all the amenities you would need including a washing machine and reliable wifi and a smart TV.

Negative: Building work going on next door but not early or late and although the pool was great, the gym equipment wasn't working - the treadmill didn't work, the weights machine was gone and there was a peloton machine but we don't have an account so nothing to use. The steam room and sauna were also out of action. The shower cubicle leaks onto the floor leaving a puddle to mop up each time you use it. Simple to fix. Only one key for the property that caused some issues with us as a group of 4 sometimes going to different places. You would expect a spare key.

Summary: Great apartment in a great location, we would happily return.
