Summary: WoodSpring Suites Cocoa Beach-Rockledge is a very new facility with clean rooms. Huge bathrooms. Room was very basic and setup for weekly or long term stays. Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.
