The house is located in a quiet and pleasant street, overlooking the Serra das Meadas and the emblematic Douro landscape, with good accessibility to the historic center, either by foot or car.

A máquina de lavar roupa encontra-se na área exterior, em local próprio.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Baby Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra fee;
→ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
→ Coal and firewood are not provided.
→ Barbecue must be left clean.
→ On Saturday mornings (9 am to 1 pm), the gardener will be on site to maintain the garden.
→ Please leave the Sun Umbrella closed when not in use (especially on windy days).
→ The automatic irrigation takes place at 06:00 and 22:00.
→ Surveillance cameras are turned off when guests are at the property.
→ Please leave garbage in the containers and the house in the same condition as you found it.
→ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice.
→ Monthly consumptions are included up to €150.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
