The first floor of the home offers a spacious and inviting living area, complete with beachy décor and a large wall-mounted Plasma TV with TiVo. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a center island with bar seating for two, along with a cozy dining nook surrounded by windows that flood the space with natural light. A pantry and custom kitchen cabinets provide plenty of storage, and a convenient half bath is available for guests.
The queen primary bedroom is upstairs, featuring a private balcony, offering a peaceful retreat with views of surrounding trees.
