Positive: The location was perfect for our visit and the grounds were very nice. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area since the main house was not occupied. I am guessing that if the main house was occupied, access to the seating area would be off limits. The bed was comfortable but small. Good towels and the shower was good.

Negative: The cleanliness could use some attention. The floors were extremely dirty...our socks and feet showed the proof. The bathroom could use a good clean and some freshening. There was a coffee maker, but the coffee container was empty plus no sugar. Basics such as sugar, salt and pepper are expected in a kitchenette.
