Upon arriving, you will find a covered patio with a ramp for your wheeled luggage. Beyond this, you will walk out to your private deck. You will want to linger here with a chance to see the Manatee. This canal gives you direct access to the canal system that leads you right out to Charlotte Harbor and then out to the Gulf Coast. Stop at the Historic Riviera Bar and Grill on your way out on the water. You get use of 2 sit-on-top Yellow Fin kayaks to use. Fishing poles (2) and some starter tackle available.
There is a boat launch directly across from your dock to load your boat or ask us how to rent ours.
