Summary: The hotel is a "must visit", unfortunately not a "must stay". The rooms we stayed in were very outdated, and the shower had no warm water, only the bathtub did. Management should take a look at what Pousadas de Portugal did to their hotels and try to do something similar. Service, except for the reception desk, was very slow, with way less waiters than needed.
