The house is an old farmhouse built in the 18th century in the middle of a vast family forest estate called Vale Paraiso. Transformed at the beginning of the 20th century into a summer residence, the house has belonged to the same family for more than a century. The Vale Paraiso estate has been divided over the generations but this house, the forest and the garden that surrounds it have been kept in their original area without division for 100 years. Entirely refurbished in 2002, this house welcomes every year a united family very attached to its roots and, in 2022, they have decided to welcome visitors and share the warmth and the cozyness that they have been keeping with lots of love.
Around 20 min from the airport and 10 min from the city center.
Because its gardens and land all around it are huge, and there is a pond, adult supervision required at all times!
The housekeeper and the gardener work at the property every day from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
They give our guests full privacy but, due to the size of the land, their presence is required. Sometimes, you won't even see them.
La maison est une ancienne ferme de montagne construite au 18eme siècle au milieu d’un domaine forestier familial très vaste appelé Vale Paraiso. Transformée au début du 20e siècle en résidence d’été la maison appartient à la même famille depuis plus d’un siècle. Le domaine Vale Paraiso a été divisé au fil des générations mais cette maison, la forêt et le jardin qui l’entoureent a été conservée dans sa superficie d’origine sans division depuis 100 ans. Entièrement réaménagée en 2002 cette maison accueille tous les ans une famille unie très attachée à ses racines qui souhaite aujourd’hui faire partager aux visiteurs la chaleur d’une maison ouverte et confortable entretenue avec amour.
Parce que le terrain est très grand et qu'il y a un étang, la surveillance d'un adulte est requise à tout moment.
La gouvernante et le jardinier travaillent sur la propriété tous les jours de la semaine de 8h00 à 16h00. Ils donnent à nos invités une totale intimité, mais leur présence sur les lieux est obligatoire, car la propriété a besoin d'un entretien constant.
