Lisbon is about 55 km, 45 minutes by the A8 motorway and the biggest European capitals around 2 hours by plane ... A total change of scenery for a great weekend, see a week off season ... And a wonderful holiday in the sun In the middle of the season for a great rest ... For the young, the city is next door, the beaches also do not forget the nightclubs and the young Portuguese (jovens) speak all English, French or German ... But here it is more my age…

The peninsula of Peniche is magnificent to visit, make it all round by the road of the seaside and stop to the south of the island, the cliffs are magnificent.
The fair takes place in early August and cruises are planned from the old port to visit the Berlengas islands.
The city of Obidos with its medieval city is magnificent!
Caldas da Rainha is also a beautiful city, not to mention that Lisbon is not even an hour's drive away, and then the sanctuary of Fatima is about 1h30.
The A8 motorway is about 11km from the cities of Vimeiro and A Dos Cunhados, which are very fast access to the north or to the capital.
