Atypical house with exposed rock in the living room, quietly located at the end of a dead end. Small swimming pool (2.50mX2.00m) on the terrace behind the house with its sunbathing area and garden furniture. Without forgetting the magnificent view without any vis-à-vis this terrace ... All this 2 km from the sea.
Lisbon is around 55 km, 45 mins via the A8 motorway and the major European capitals around 2 hours by plane… A total change of scenery for a great weekend, or even a week out of season… And a wonderful holiday in the sun in high season for a great rest ... For the young, the city is next door, the beaches also without forgetting the nightclubs and the young Portuguese (jovens) all speak English, French or German ... But there is more my age…
Composed house on the ground floor:
• A large fitted kitchen with a washing machine, hob, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, etc with utility room and service door.

Upstairs :
• 3 bedrooms including 2 140cm beds and 1 180cm bed,

We have a cot in one of the bedrooms, as well as a high chair and a cane stroller.
The garden is completely fenced and you can enter your vehicle in the courtyard. The garage is occupied by our business.
The house is 2 km from the beach of Santa Rita and its small port “Porto Novo“.
You are just over 8 km from Lourinha, the city of dinosaurs and its museum.
The Peniche peninsula is magnificent to visit, go around it by the seaside road and stop at the south of the island, the cliffs are magnificent.
The funfair takes place there in early August and cruises are planned from the old port to visit the Berlengas Islands.
The city of Obidos with its Medieval city is magnificent!
Caldas da Rainha is also a beautiful city, not to mention that Lisbon is not even an hour away, and then, the Sanctuary of Fatima is around 1 hour 30 minutes away.
The A8 motorway is approximately 11km through the towns of “Vimeiro“ and “A Dos Cunhados“, very quick access to go north or to the capital.
There is a drinking fountain at the exit of the town of Maceira, the water is very good.
Less than a kilometer away you will find:

Towards the beach (Santa Rita) there are:

• And of course, Nazarè, to visit absolutely! ... With its Sitio district by taking the funicular.
• Caldas Da Rainha, is a beautiful and big city.
• San Martinho do Porto, with its cove, a city on the move, especially for young people…
