Large family home with small pool and close to the sea.
Atypical house with exposed rock in the living room, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Small swimming pool (2,50mX2,00m) on the terrace behind the house with its tanning corner and its garden furniture. Without forgetting the magnificent view without any vis-à-vis this terrace ... All this at 2 km from the sea.
Lisbon is about 55 km, 45 mns by the A8 motorway and the biggest European capitals around 2 hours by plane ... A total change of scenery for a great weekend, see a week off season ... And a wonderful holiday in the sun in full Season for a great rest ... For the young, the city is next door, the beaches also do not forget the nightclubs and young Portuguese (jovens) all speak English, French or German ... But here is more my age ...
House on the ground floor:

The house is 2 km from the beach of Santa Rita and its small harbor "Porto Novo".
You are a little more than 8 kms from Lourinha, the city of the Dinosaurs and its museum.
The peninsula of Peniche is magnificent to visit, make it all round by the road of the seaside and stop to the south of the island, the cliffs are magnificent.
The fair takes place in early August and cruises are planned from the old port to visit the Berlengas islands.
The city of Obidos with its medieval city is magnificent!
Caldas da Rainha is also a beautiful city, not to mention that Lisbon is not even an hour's drive away, and then the sanctuary of Fatima is about 1h30.
The A8 motorway is about 11km from the cities of Vimeiro and A Dos Cunhados, which are very fast access to the north or to the capital.
There is a fountain of drinking water at the exit of the town of Maceira, the water is very good there.

• Caldas Da Rainha, is a beautiful and big city.
• San Martinho do Porto, with its creek, a city that moves, especially for young people ...
