Summary: Check in host was not available. 2 phone numbers that were posted were not responsive. Check in message day before came from a number that was on holidays. Delayed our check in and left us stranded on street 2 1/2 hrs in 34 degree weather. Only The hairdresser across the street was able to contact them for us and also told us that this happens multiple times a week. It’s embarrising.
