Positive: The house had everything we needed and was just a short drive from all the great spots we wanted to explore around Comporta. Communication with Joana was excellent—she made us feel very welcome. The only 'downside' was the mosquitoes in the Comporta area, likely due to the nearby rice fields, so come prepared (in the evening)! That said, we absolutely plan to return :-)

Summary: We had a great time at Joana's house—it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families.
