This charming 160m² residence is nestled in a serene area, offering a peaceful retreat.

The ample living room features a homely sofa for relaxation, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Wide windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. From here, you can access a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture, a sauna, and a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

There are three ensuite bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. To ensure a restful stay, all beds come with high-quality linens.

The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you need to refresh yourself, including towels and toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers private parking for your convenience.

To ensure a pleasant experience, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Located in Loures, this house is the perfect destination for travelers wishing to explore the city. Just a few steps from attractions such as the Church of Santa Maria and the Loures Municipal Park. After a day of sightseeing, visitors can enjoy a delicious meal at nearby restaurants such as Restaurante A Tina and Restaurante Matilde, which offer a taste of authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Loures also serves as a base for exploring Portugal's most iconic cities, such as Sintra, Ericeira, Cascais and the capital Lisbon, which are all within a 30 km range.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
