A comfy sofabed is available, where you can watch some TV or just have a chat, and the dining area is nearby, featuring a nice table and chairs for everyone.
It'll be so pleasant to prepare your family meal in the enjoyable and fully equipped kitchen! It comes with all the essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need and also a cooking plate, freezer and fridge, microwave and oven, toaster and coffee maker!
The bedrooms contain a comfy queen bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: 24 de Agosto:(5 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S.Bento:(10 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
