Relax and unwind in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountain. This 3br/2ba home comfortably sleeps 7 and is in the heart of Hendersonville. Walk to the local coffee shop that is just steps away and enjoy your coffee on the patio. The light-filled living room offers a space to let your daily worries slip away. Create new memories around the large dining room table and then relax around the outdoor fire pit. Bring out your competitive side with a board game or with an Air hockey table.
The home provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Its cozy ambiance allows for quality time with friends and family, yet it's spacious enough for some privacy. Additionally, it's just a short drive away from breathtaking hiking trails, waterfalls, and some of the best mountain biking spots in the Southeast. After your ride store your bike in the private garage. After your hiking trip, you can enjoy a meal at one of Hendersonville's award-winning restaurants or have it delivered to your doorstep!
You must be 25 years or older to rent.

The Space:
There are three bedrooms in total.
1. King Bed Main Room
2. Queen Bed Guest Room
3. Queen Bed Guest Room
There is also a portable crib if needed.
Kitchen:
Large fridge, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. Dining room table for up to 6 and bar table. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!
Bathrooms:
Bath in Main Bedroom— shower/ tub.
Guest Bath — shower/tub
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.
Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.
Entertainment:
Smart TV in the living room and main bedroom, Multiple board games, card games, and an Air hockey table.
Outside:
The deck focus is a fire pit, fun, and relaxation! There is a grill, fire pit, and large outdoor space with a partially fenced-in yard.
Fires: Indoor fireplaces are decorative and not for use. An outdoor fireplace is available with seating, great for roasting marshmallows and telling stories. Firewood is not provided.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas The rest of the property, both inside and outside, is yours to enjoy. Use the garage to store bikes or other items large items you may have.
There are two security cameras on the exterior of the house. One is facing the driveway and the other is a doorbell camera
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. Neighbors are nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck is not tolerated.
We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.
We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and will need to leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 7 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 7 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th guest is $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 7 guests will be charged $250 per night.
