It has a beautiful fireplace with a wood stove, and in addition to its two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, it also has a fully equipped kitchen. It retains its original wooden roof and wide walls, which make it a warm rural apartment in winter and cool in summer as well as giving it a rustic aesthetic that is in keeping with the place where we are.

This apartment is very well adapted to the most adventurous who want to visit the surroundings that surround us. We are located near the Monfragüe National Park and very close to the main rural tourism areas of Extremadura (La Vera, the Jerte Valley, the Ambroz Valley).
Between the Valle del Jerte and La Vera and within the region of the National Park of Monfragüe (only 15 minutes away), is La Casa Rural La Solana. In a strategic site as a starting point to visit all the North of Extremadura.

La Solana Rural House is located at the top of the town, very close to the Church and the Plaza Mayor. In the 17th century it was Casa Cilla, belonging to the bishopric of Plasencia. It still has traces that prove it.
In the common areas we find a large patio of 250 m2. with barbecue and garden furniture, and following inwards you access its large garden, of more than 400 m2 in which you can enjoy contact with nature and observe La Vera and some of its villages and La Sierra de Gredos.
The reform and rehabilitation is carried out in 2001 trying to preserve the most emblematic and significant as all its alfarge, always respecting the style of the rural environment. La Solana has a large patio with its centuries-old higera, a curious stone oven barbecue, table and garden chairs.
