There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, an additional 200€ per hour will be charged.
In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 230€. Any excess over this amount will be paid by the guest.
