If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to assist in opening the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (other conditions might apply, under the local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €150. If these expenses exceed this amount, the guest will pay the additional cost.
