There is a 32x34 ft screened lanai backyard oasis with a beautiful well-maintained inground heated pool with LED lighting with settings that can be changed with the remote control. There is a lounge and dining area that you are able to relax in during the day/evening and enjoy a nice family meal while sitting poolside. The outdoor ceiling fan will provide lighting along with a great breeze and is controlled by remote.

The oversized kitchen comes fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop electric stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser (filtered cleaned regularly) Some of the the smaller appliances include an air fryer, waffle maker, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. Complete dishware sets and an abundance of cooking utensils for the Chef in the family to whip up meals. Plenty of cabinet space and pantry area to store all groceries. The large marble countertop island can seat a large family for all meals, gatherings or for just family/group bonding time. All the necessities to help your stay feel just like home.
The living room area is perfect for entertaining with a 77inch smart TV, plush seating, LED lighting and equipped with a large 96-inch ceiling fan controlled by remote that provides additional cooling after a long day of being out in the Florida heat.
Ceiling fans are also installed in 6 of the 7 bedrooms.
The laundry suite located on the 2nd floor comes complete with smart washer and dryer, utility sink and plenty of counter space to fold and sort laundry. There is also an iron and iron board available for use. We do provide complimentary detergent.
