We are John and Sharren and we have lived in central Portugal since November 2017. We started our life in Portugal as Workaway volunteers and have since hosted volunteers while we were renovating our property. We are both very sociable, enjoy company and chat and sharing meals with friends. We have explored our local area in detail and can give a lot of advice and guidance about where to go and what to do in the area. Between us, we have many interests, have travelled a lot and people find us both very easy to get along with. We both love cooking and can cater for most dietary requirements.
There is a basic free wifi provided by the church, but the location is not suitable for working online from home.
The area is rural, but with many local interesting places to visit and authentic village experiences awaiting you.
Your stay with us can be as sociable or as private as you wish.
Sara's Haunt is a double room with basic facilities. It is directly off the kitchen and the window opens on to the sun terrace. There is a clothes rail, bedside cabinet and lamp and shelves and a table for storage of belongings.
