This 1 bedroom apartment has all its 3 divisions served with natural light and views to Aveiro s Lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) from the bedroom window!
The big bedrooms has a double bed, air conditioning, electric blinds, towels and linens. There is the possibility to add a crib.
The modern bathroom has shower. We offer hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and use of Professional hairdryer.
The cozy living room with AC has a kitchenette with all the kitchenware (by Costa Nova®) and induction plate, microwave, refrigerator and others...
Connected to the building there is a laundromat with washing and drying machines at your disposal for very low prices (a special card is given to offer discounts).
There is excellent Wi-fi signal in all the apartment and the smart tv in the living room offers the possibility to share contents from your mobile phones, navigate the internet or use services like Netflix®.
The patio can also be use for outdoor time with available furniture set.

In Costa Nova, everything is in short walking distance... even the lighthouse in the beach close to us, Barra, is in a walking distance with a very nice walking path...
To reach Aveiro or other locations you can easily get the bus 20 meteres away from our place, call a taxi, rent a car or bicycle(great way to discover our region… lots of bike paths!) or just book with us a private tour!
