The Solar da Vila is a villa dating from 1922 with a strong historical plot. It was fully restored respecting its architectural design, with the care of providing the current comfort standards, mixing the old with the modern, both the furniture level and the paintings, authored by the artist Filipe Patrício.
The villa consists of two independent apartments: Solar da Vila I and Solar da Vila II, with garden, swimming pool and private park, located in the center of Estarreja, in central Portugal.
The Solar da Vila II (located on the ground floor of the villa), has a living room with cable TV, three suites with private bathroom, a social toilet in the hallway and a kitchen with dining area and equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher and coffee maker. It has Wi-fi in all interior and exterior spaces.
In the outdoor space there is a large garden with a pool of seasonal salt, toilet, leisure space and 6 bicycles, which are common to Solar da Vila I (located on the 1st floor of the villa).
You can also use the washing machine in the annex of the garden.

Solar da Vila also has a private parking for up to five cars.
The Solar da Vila II is all for the guests. The owners will, however, have access to some storage areas, the pool and the garden to maintain them.
