Welcome to Villa Alves by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable two-storey villa located in the peaceful area of Faial, Madeira Island, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view over the Atlantic Ocean. The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, creating the ideal setting for families, couples or groups of friends. It features two bathrooms with showers and an additional half bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for all.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals.The villa also features a game room, offering a space for entertainment and relaxing moments indoors. Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool overlooking the sea and a private parking area for two cars.
Guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels, a washing machine, hairdryer, and a smart TV with box. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, allowing flexibility for arrivals.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
