Located in the Carvoeiro region of the Algarve, Villa Botela sits between the popular tourist towns of Carvoeiro and Albufeira to the south of Lagoa. This area of the Algarve has plenty to offer visitors, from stunning beaches to quaint villages and delicious local food, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There are many popular attractions in the area, including the infamous Praia de Benagil cave and the popular Zoomarine waterpark!
Set within ample fenced grounds in a quiet residential area, Villa Botela has a traditional exterior and a bright, open-plan living and dining space. Large windows and sliding doors bring in plenty of natural light and provide easy access to the terrace. The living area is arranged in two zones: a smaller seating nook with armchairs around a table, and a main lounge space with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. Next to this, the dining area has seating for six. The kitchen has a more classic style, with blue cabinetry and tiled worktops, and is equipped with the usual appliances for preparing meals at home. There’s also a second dining table in the kitchen for six, ideal for breakfasts or a quick bite before heading out.
Two of Villa Botela’s three bedrooms are on the ground floor, simply furnished with white walls and crisp linens. Both are twin rooms; one has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other uses the family bathroom on this floor. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, built-in storage and an en-suite bathroom. It also opens onto a private terrace, a nice spot for a quiet coffee or evening drink.
There is ample outside space at Villa Botela. The spacious lawned garden is perfect for running around and playing games, while the private swimming pool is sure to be a hit with the whole group. The region of Carvoeiro is steeped in traditional Portuguese charm, and the town itself has been transformed from a small fishing village into a picturesque holiday attraction. One of the true natural wonders of the Algarve, Praia de Benagil, is located along the coast and is known for its magnificent sea cave. This stunning cave is truly unique as it has a round hole in the roof that allows sunlight to stream in and visitors below can admire the blue skies beyond.
