House with lots of light in the form of 'L' in the room and the kitchen, with fronts fully glazed, have a strong relationship with the outside, surrounding the pool and garden facing south, which extend for a very nice porch . Connecting the area of the living room and dining kitchen, there is a small patio where it includes a barbecue for outdoor dining. Although this body construction for a floor in a semi-basement which includes a garage for two cars plus a games room where it is available a ping-pong table. The other body building are the rooms, two on each floor. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with a dressing area. The rooms, all with private bathroom, are oriented East.
