It´s within walking distance (10/15 minutes through a beautiful green park) to old town and fisherman's or tunnel beach, just a short drive to the Algarve Shopping Center where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas.
The villa is facing South and offers sun all day long, so take advantage of the sunny terraces, take a fresh drink or a refreshing swim in the combined spacious and comfortable swimming pool area, equipped with Cable TV, big screen TV, overlooking the pool and terrace with outdoor BBQ. Enjoy also the Pool table and table football.
