Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 200 m² property is situated in an exceedingly tranquil area, all while being less than a 15-minute drive away from Fragas de São Simão and local restaurants.
The suite is on the 1st floor, equipped with a queen-sized bed featuring complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a minibar, coffee and tea maker, and a private balcony with seating areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The private bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The rest of the house is accessible to all guests and will be shared.
The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Within 5,5 km from our house, for hiking enthusiasts, there is a splendid boardwalk of about 2 km that connects the Schist Village of Casal de São Simão to the São Simão Cliffs viewpoint with stunning views of the imposing quartzite ridges.
The perfect place to swim and relax here is the riverside beach of Fragas de São Simão with the Alge Stream. This beach is supervised during the bathing season and offers facilities such as a support bar, picnic area with barbecues, and changing rooms/WC.
It also has a picnic area where you can spend the day outdoors and a lush forest that transports you to an almost magical setting.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
