This unique getaway offers an expansive wrap-around balcony that spans both the front and the back of the house. Best of all, you not only have an ocean view but also have your own walkway to the beach right in front of the private driveway which offers plenty of parking for trailers and boats. You'll have a stunning view of miles of sandy shore and lush greenery from a private wrap-around balcony, a cozy and chic open floor plan for the living areas on both the ground and top floor,
a fully equipped, ground floor kitchen with generous granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and an adjacent dining area elegantly appointed with seating for six and bonus seating at the kitchen island. The upstairs kitchen comes fully equipped with updated appliances and adjacent dining area seating for four.
A lovely primary suite presents a king bed, a charming fireplace, and private balcony access. The en-suite bath boasts dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and private balcony access, and an adjoining second bathroom includes a convenient shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed.
With a variety of sleeping options, the fifth bedroom features two double beds, and a spacious third full bathroom hosts a shower/tub combination. There is a bonus area leading up to the crow’s nest rooftop that includes three twin beds. You'll have WiFi, cable, and flatscreen TVs situated in the living area and in each of the bedrooms, plus a private washer and dryer, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels are provided, as well as an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after the beach.
Historic St. Augustine is about 45 minutes away and is a must-see with its rich history as being the Nation's Oldest City teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, award-winning food, and shopping! Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic fresh farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays. Orlando's Disney World is 90 minutes away for amusement park enthusiasts.
